This might be a dumb question, but I'll ask it anyway ...
I know it's a modular system, but should/do we agree upon how many
modules (names, versions) make up the web distribution of
v3 Prelude (the basic download)?
Is there a need to optimize the number of modules comprising
v3 Prelude release?
