In v3 pom.xml, we have two different versions
for hk2 artifacts -- hk2 itself and hk2-plugin.

Does anyone know why they are different? I think they
need to be the same.

Does anyone know if I can make the change to bring these
to same version without braking anything (of course I'll
build and run tests).
