1. 404 is an HTTP error code, which means resource is not available [1].
The test output does not clearly state it to be an HTTP error code, it
gives the impression of an deployment error code.
2. I think there is some regression in the server. Accessing resource
via localhost seems to be broken. Try setting
glassfish.http.host to 127.0.0.1 in your
tests/quicklook/build.properties file before running QL. I am going to
do the same in my env.
