Re: v3 build failure?

I was seeing the same error. Kohsuke helped me to change the
repository for getting the required jars. It is working for me now.
The change is in the top level pom.xml and checked in. I believe he
will change it back once the download server is functional again.
If you update the workspace, you should get the change.
