No, because we re-released an official version and Maven would not pick
it up if it already downloaded 1.7.2. Yes, this is a bad practice from
us :-)
We usually *avoid* doing that but right now it is better to do that than
to put v3 in limbo because we have made a lot of changes since 1.7.2,
and we don't have enough QL to cover our changes right now in v3 :-).
Next time we gonna either switch to a SNAPSHOT or 1.7.3 :-)
