Based on input given by the developers and module leads on the wiki page

, we are moving the date for GlassFish v2/Appserver 9.1
Milestone 3 (M3) Feature Freeze to *Nov. 21st, 2006*.

Any new features coming in after this date (*Nov. 21st, 2006) *will be
treated as exceptions. In order to ensure that we have stable builds
after this date, all such checkins will require additional testing and
prior approval from Sridatta or me.
