Dinesh,
Please update the instructions with a highlighted note that if
$HOME/build.properties is used, it needs to be updated to point
to the beta installation. I didn't, and my whole ws has been
corrupted by adding beta changes on top of the trunk files (which
causes files that I hadn't updated to be reported with CVS conflicts).
