We may save a snapshot of the encoder itself along with all files in a
zip. Maybe we could add a folder under RoundTripTest and call it
"history" to hold a FastInfoset-yyyy-mm-dd.jar along with
roundtrip-output.yyyy-mm-dd.zip?
