BEA AquaLogic Data Services Platform™ 2.5
AquaLogic Data Services Platform is the SOA solution for reading and writing of enterprise information through data services. Using such services, organizations can create virtual databases that can more quickly and accurately model the dynamic enterprise.
Data services encapsulate the logic for reading, writing, and transforming information, insulating data consumers from having to contend with multiple data source formats and connection mechanisms.
The product provides the tools and frameworks necessary for rapid development and deployment of data services. Java, Web service, and SQL-based client applications can access deployed data service functions.
Note: AquaLogic Data Services Platform was initially named Liquid Data®.
What's New in 2.5?
This latest version of AquaLogic Data Services Platform greatly extends the ability to use SQL to access data services, and provides a number of additional enhancements to the product.
