The globalButtonBar component lays out a set of globalButtons, and optionally an applicationSwitcher.
Global buttons on a page are created by using a series of globalButton components as indexed children of the globalButtonBar component. Like a globalButton component, an applicationSwitcher component is placed inside a globalButtonBar component. If global buttons are used in the same globalButtonBar component as the applicationSwitcher, then the switcher label displays below the dropdown list. If no global buttons are used, then the label displays next to the list box.
