Configuring the Java Compiler for the Embedded OC4J Server

Use the Java Compiler page of the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences dialog to specify compilaton options for deployed applications. The configuration is recorded as the <java-compiler> element of the server.xml OC4J configuration file, but this file should not be edited except through the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences dialog, as described here.

To configure the Java compiler for the embedded OC4J server:

  1. If you have not already done so, open the Embedded OC4J Server Preferences dialog:
    1. In the navigator, select a project.
    2. From the main menu, choose Tools | Em bedded OC4J Server Preferences.
  2. Select the Java Compiler page, and modify the options presented, as desired.
