Creates an event for a row being deleted.

Parameters:

source - the iterator that generated this event.

row - the row object that was deleted.

rowIndex - the range index of the row that was deleted.

rowCountBefore - the number of rows in the range before the delete event.

rowCount - the number of rows in the range after the delete event.
