I turned GFDeployer testbed into a real Application/ApplicationContainer
implementation, so the harness is now capable of using Glassfish as the
test target.
The problem we have is that Glassfish has its own copy of JAX-WS in it,
so testing the server side in Glassfish requires those bits to be
replaced (in WSIT we do that by running an installer, I think.)
At this point this is not implemented, so this makes Glassfish rather
useless for daily debugging.
Unless we have a better mode of running Glassfish, like the embedded
mode, I think this is the best we can do. It would be good if Ken could
continue to investigate how we can embed Glassfish.
