I totally agree with you. In fact now I am evaluating JBoss Developer.
I am converting my existing application to RichFaces, still using
NetBeans, as I am already used to that IDE and changing is not so
inviting, but I have not the visual approach anymore.
Please, Sun, at least let us use RichFaces visually on NetBeans in a
decent way! I tried IceFaces with NetBeans but I did not like how it
worked...
I like(d) NetBeans for the visual support to Woodstock. But that's history.
