Hello ilango,
Yes, Visual Web was created originally in Sun Java Studio Creator to
entice Visual Basic programmers (like I was) to Java with a familiar
drag-and-drop interface. It is was at first an add-on to NetBeans, and
is now integrated in NetBeans. Please complete the tutorial referred to
below as an excellent introduction to NetBeans, Woodstock components,
and the Visual Web development environment.
