Apparently, we're not posting nightly builds and there are no milestone
builds for 4.2, yet. However, I'll see if we can begin posting this. We
just finished testing 4.1.1, so look for that shortly.
In the mean time, you can check out the source and build 4.2 yourself
using the instructions below.
