Welcome aboard!

The first thing you should know is that Woodstock 4.1 is only compatible
with Netbeans 6.0 (not 5.x versions), Java EE 5 projects.
To get the components on the NB6 palette you should install NB6 Beta1
and follow the instructions on the FAQ
http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Javatools/InstallingWoodstockComponentsInNetBeans
Once you install the generated NBMs, the components will be be added to
the composite palette for Java EE 5 projects.
