I'm not familiar with your environment, but the sort actions are based
on hyperlinks that submit form data using JavaScript. You could be
missing some JavaScript if you're not using the Woodstock head or
themeLinks tags. Note that the table must be added to the body of a
Woodstock form tag for actions to work properly. If you can ensure a
Woodstock hyperlink works properly outside a table (e.g., you can invoke
an action method), that may be an easier way to solve the issue. Once
you have the basic components working, then try tackling the table.
