Actually, I made the mistake of putting the webui-jsf-dt.jar in my
WEB-INF/lib directory. Then I read the wiki page which told me not to
do that.
After I took it out, the program works fine.
My new question is when will actionExpression and
actionExpressionListener be supported in Facelets? I have build 7 which
should support Facelets.

Can you please elaborate on what you are trying to do ? If you are
trying to use Woodstock with NetBeans, you don't need to do anything.
NetBeans 6 bundles Woodstock library. Milestone 10 to be released this
week or early next week will include build 7. If you don't want to wait
for Milestone builds you can always grab the nightly.
thanks
