Apache Tomcat http://tomcat.apache.org Servlet/JSP container. Includes WebSocket support as of 7.0.27

Atmosphere https://github.com/Atmosphere/atmosphere WebSocket is one of the many transports it supports

Doesn't Glassfish have WebSocket support too?
