That is odd, the repository is still there in subversion:

https://wadl.dev.java.net/source/browse/wadl/trunk/www/snapshots/

and it contains the expected jars:

https://wadl.dev.java.net/source/browse/wadl/trunk/www/snapshots/org/jvnet/ws/wadl/

Everything under:

https://wadl.dev.java.net/source/browse/wadl/trunk/www

is typically available as part of the project web site.
