The wadl-dist-1.0-SNAPSHOT samples README.txt says:

Note
that the plugin will actually be downloaded from the Maven
repository. The plugin itself is not shipping as part of this
distribution.
However, I can't find any snapshot at any of the Maven repositories I
know. For example:

Do you plan to actually make this available?
Are there any plans to make release versions of these artifacts?
