[jsr369-experts] [ADMIN] It's time to move to servlet-spec on groups.io

Hello Volunteers,

Just yesterday we finally received full legal approval to start using
groups.io for official JCP JSPA/ISPA compliant Expert Group discussion
for all Oracle lead JSRs, including JSR-369 Servlet 4.0.

I'm including an email from java.net migration czar Ed Bratt that has
the full details, but briefly all EG members need to do the following:

1. Go to <https://javaee.groups.io/> and create an account for yourself.

2. After completing the registration, go back to
<https://javaee.groups.io/> and request to join the javaee group.

3. Once your membership in javaee has been approved, join the
   servlet-spec group.

servlet-spec is the new JSR-369 expert group. We are going to see how
it goes in eliminating the distinction between users and official
experts on the lists. Since we are nearly done with JSR-369, I request
that only EG members post to the list. If there is demand to re-create
a user's list, we can do that.

Finally, and most importantly, the archive. Our plan is to stand up a
static hypermail archive for all traffic to all Oracle lead JSRs that
were hosted on java.net. Unfortunately we do not have that archive
ready yet.

See you on the other side!

Ed Burns
