I prefer e-mail as well - at least initially, as it allows time to consider

plus absolute examples can be sent and better understood.
I've got a few users experimenting with Push at the moment and they have
some feedback/problems that I need to understand. Once I've digested that,
I hope to come up with a more formal proposal for a push API in the next
week or two.
