Is it possible to do with configuration this things:

1) Set
server-config.security-service.activate-default-principal-to-role-mapping=true
2) Adding groups
3) Adding users to realm

something like we can do with CommandRunner of course with out
prompting for admin password?

I need this for Junit testing and GF v 4.1
