As Marc said before, response.getOutputStream() would require some kind
of ThreadLocal tunnel and would forbid a user from extending
Response/ResponseBuilder. Still, I think this approach would be much
simpler and consistent with the common use of Response.

BTW, I don't understand why anybody would ever want to extend
Response/ResponseBuilder.
