Hi,

I noticed a slight "impedance" difference with MediaType et. al and the
@*Param annotations.

MediaType has a static method, "parse", to parse a String to an instance.

It would make sense to rename such methods to "valueOf" then, where it
makes sense, such types can be used with @*Param.
