The above incorporates many of the changes we discussed prior to
JavaOne. In particular, changes from sketch2 include:

- Replacement of the spi package with an annotation driven ext package
- A rework of the response builder according to the pattern
recommended by Josh Bloch (see http://developers.sun.com/learning/
javaoneonline/2006/coreplatform/TS-1512.pdf)
- Many small tweaks like use of an array for the value of Produce and
ConsumeMime annotations.

Let me know if I missed anything.

Currently the latest code is checked into the sketch1 branch of the
repository, unless there's any objection I plan to merge this branch
back into the trunk and we'll endeavor to produce an open source impl
of these APIs over the course of the next month or so to give the EG
something to experiment with.
