With it the way it was (<iframe src=...), the JS runtime in the browser got
a large and cryptic error message when loading the page from the
java.netservers. This could be replicated locally by changing
index.html to include the CSS and JS (the JS is likely all that matters, but
I added it all anyway) and loading the page in a browser via the file://
protocol. Moving the addition of the src attribute to the window's onload
event handler solved the problem for reasons I don't understand and don't
have time to chase down. That it works across all the major browsers is
good enough for me. :)
