I tried to commit the change and got the following on my console:

cvs commit -m "added googfle calendar" -- index.html (in directory C:\cvs
projects\jsft\jsftemplating\www\)
cvs commit: Up-to-date check failed for `index.html'
cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****



Hopefully somebody can tell me what this means. It doesn't make sense to me.
