I still not sure whether you are using dev-rebuild so as to directory
deploy src/docroot, or using 'maven build' to create the admin-jsf.war
for deployment.
If its really just not picking up the jsftemplating.jar that you want,
you can manually copy that to the src/docroot/WEB-INF/lib directory
or replace the one in admin-jsf.war. This got to work for sure.

Are you working on WinXP ? Could this be a file lock problem that
prevents the copy ?
If so, make sure you stop the server first before rebuild.
