 Looks like 2.1 corrected the example code by simply removing that extra
"orm/" in the second whitespace-separated token in the xsi:schemaLocation
value present in the schema annotation, so someone must have noticed this
before. It would be nice to get that example code replaced or amended--or
to futz with the website appropriately--since that example code is copied
and pasted all over the place.
