+1 worked well for several including 107 or 363 (where we only got one EG
only list on java.net including archives). The others are on Google Groups,
plus GitHub also features some nice goodies like "Waffle" (a Kanban board
for issues) or Gitter, a persistent messaging system similar to HipChat.

Getting everything on Github won't solve the TCK licensing issue, so those
TCKs are not on java.net yet either, only in Oracle-proprietary internal
repos. And visible to mainly EC and those who license it.
