I want to help move forward JMS_SPEC-95: Individual message acknowledge
mode <https://java.net/jira/browse/JMS_SPEC-95> and the 3 related issues
(no ack mode, etc) since a number of people have expressed support. Can
I start work on the required spec changes? What is the process for doing
that?
