Now that work on JMS 2.1 has at last started I've updated the proposed schedule to reflect the long delay between
getting the JSR approved and me actually being able to start work on the JSR. The revised schedule is now
Early draft: Q4 2015
Public review: Q1 2016
Public final draft: Q3 2016
Final release: H1 2017

The same delays have affected other Java EE specs, and last week John Clingan (Java EE product manager at Oracle)
