[jms-spec users] [jsr343-experts] JMS 2.0 Proposed final draft is now submitted

I have now submitted the JMS 2.0 proposed final draft to the JCP admins. I'll let you know when it is published on the
JCP website.

However since this JSR is already being developed in the open, anyone
can download the proposed final draft from the usual place now:
http://java.net/projects/jms-spec/sources/repository/content/jms2.0/specification/word/JMS20.pdf

The API docs are available at
http://jms-spec.java.net/2.0-ProposedFinalDraft/apidocs/index.html
(note slightly different URL)

(I have updated the package.html description text that appears on that first page, below the four tables of
interfaces/classes/exceptions/annotations. I have mostly copied some introductory sections from the spec document and
converted them to HTML.)

We now have four weeks to finalise the specification and API, to complete the RI and compatibility tests (both for Java
SE and Java EE), and ensure that the RI passes all the compatibility tests, before the final submission is made on 20th
March.

I will continue to review the spec and API docs to see if any corrections or clarifications are needed. I would welcome
any comments or suggestions. I'd particularly invite comments on the new sections 4.1.2. "Queue semantics" and 4.2.2.
"Topic semantics" that I added earlier today.
