[Jersey] Re: Servlet 3.0 Container Deployment

Did turn out to be a case of missing jar file. Needed to have
jersey-container-servlet-2.9.jar in WEB-INF/lib. This is the jar file that
contains SPI hook to initialize and create Jersey Servlets.
