Jersey 1.11 is shipped with 3.1.2 (
https://svn.java.net/svn/glassfish~svn/tags/3.1.2/pom.xml)

You can get the test framework jars from here:
https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/jersey/jersey-test-framework/jersey-test-framework-core/1.11/
If you want to use embedded GF container for your test, you need to
download its dependency from here:
https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/releases/com/sun/jersey/jersey-test-framework/jersey-test-framework-embedded-glassfish/1.11/
