I apologize for the late reply.
You will need to tell Jackson
to ignore annotations.
You can just add Jackson ObjectMapper provider (see attached),
and make Jersey aware of it by adding an extra ServletFilter param:
<init-param>
<param-name>com.sun.jersey.config.property.packages</param-name>
<param-value>com.demo.util</param-value>
</init-param>
Does it work for you now?
