Yes, sure.
I have just looked at the digest authentication description on Wikipedia :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digest_access_authentication
and it does not seem too much complicated.
Having the source code of "HTTPBasicAuthFilter" I might be able
to implement it quite easily.
Since I need it for my needs anyway, I will code it.
I will keep you informed as soon as I got something working.
Were should I post the code ? In this mailing list ?
