Hi,

For those interested in the IETF process history for the Link header
internet draft see the following link:

This seems very close to becoming an RFC based on the actions IANA
will make to update the "permanent message header field names"
registry and replace the "Atom Link Relations" registry. (Go to the
History tab, and click on the "show all" link for the row dated
2010-02-16).
