Brian,
Paul Sandoz one day told me this:
"As usual naming things is hard. Every time we came up with a name we found
it had already been taken and it would not get past the lawyers. After a bit
we got fed up so decided to go for a disassociated name. I suppose one could
think of a Jersey as a restful place to have a holiday if one wants to
think, in a reverse engineering kind, of it that way :-) the logo is the
Yellow Jersey of the Tour de France, because i like that, and the rider who
wears the Yellow Jersey is the overall winner of a the most prestigious
cycle event."
Regards
Markus
