I know you raise a good point. In general we need to improve the user
guide, it is just the time it takes.

IMHO for the most part the JavaDoc is reasonable but it does not
define a linear narrative or an intuitive ToC for developers.

I want to at least do the following to the user guide. Document spring
support (more detail than the tech tip) and document the client side
(based on the white paper). These two require less work because stuff
is already written and for the most part it requires a transformation
into DocBook.
