It is not just you. Java.net has been experiencing serious issues for
the past couple of days. Collab.Net is aware of the issues. You can
see a very terse announcement here:

I am very frustrated at the level of service provided by java.net. It
is hard to get my job done and i am sure it is the same for others as
yourself.
