I need to double check but, i think we may have forgot to update the
311 source to reflect dual licensing of the API.

All Jersey code is dual licensed. Dependent jars (like say, Jackson,
Guice or Spring, depending on what modules you are using) should be
compatible to use but may have different licenses (i would need to
check what they are). But your legal department would have to check
third party dependencies that you require.


Note that where the license, CDDL or GPL, will have an effect is when
you decide to distribute or modify the code. The following FAQ may help:
