The jersey .jar files are under the dual license (CDDL & GPL).

 

* Since JSR311 is a project by itself, does this dual license
apply to jsr311-api.jar? (https://jsr311.dev.java.net/ only mentions
the CDDL 1)

* For the dependencies, e.g., persistence-api.jar (version
1.0.2), does this .jar also fall into the dual license? (the .jar
contains the CDDL1 text file only)

* For the contrib dependencies, listed under, e.g.,
https://jersey.dev.java.net/source/browse/*checkout*/jersey/tags/jersey-
1.1.1-ea/jersey/dependencies.html,

besides the .jar's licenses contained in the jar (if any), does the dual
license apply?
