This proves that other Spring components will depend on
org.springframework.spring. Less explicit dependencies in the
jersey-spring package is a good thing.

I'm a at loss to explain why the repos I use do not report the package
as existing, and also why maven suddenly reported this as an issue. I've
been using 1.0.3 for over a month now without this error.
