I'll have a look if we can mark the classpath: feature as deprecated,
alternatively we would need to make the docs and samples cleaner.

The generate-wadl sample was intended to show how to generate wadl
offline, so having a main class running a httpserver should be removed
from this sample.

I'll do the cleanup this week and check if we can deprecate classpath.
