For jersey snapshot, it would be all right, but once we want to cut the 1.0.3
jersey release, we would need a stable version of jettison to depend on.
And even if the snapshot you poined out was tagged with a timestamp,
i am reluctant to introduce such a dependency, unless there is a clear information
jettison 1.1 will be released before jersey 1.0.3.
Do you know, when jettison 1.1 should be released?
