QUESTION: Given that both the input parameter (Class A) and return value
(Class B) for a @POST method are annotated with the @XmlRootElement
annotations, have a valid XSD, and both contain a byte[] property mapped to
a XSD base64Binary element, will Jersey automatically encode/decode the
byte[] array to base64?
